Likes

It's average experience with FIS. Team members and team leader are very supportive, helpful. Friendly atmosphere. You learn many things technically which is totally on your interest.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is not good. Don't care about employee who work on client side. No proper appraisals. Your sincere and hard work is unnoticed and no such appreciation. No transportation facilities. Work pressure as worked on client side.

Salary - Poor

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I am working on client side. Work pressure from client. I adopt problem solving skills asap so I can manage work pressure.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
