Nothing! Extremely biased and racist culture. Promotions are reserved for the ones who dont just butter up but spend the most on top bosses.

Dislikes

We have seen deserving people being left out of promotions; some were even asked to resign. Underserving people have been promoted or thier jobs protected just because they have spent a lot on thier boss. Extremely biased company. Nobody seems to be interested in work, company’s profit, learning new things etc. Politics is everything.
