Fis policy are good bt training for new hires is worst.

Dislikes

There are no proper trainers for new hires and these will be the draw back for new hires to learn the process.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
