Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?

Teammates are very friendly and supportive. Training was also very care and attentive up-to-date. Job security was good as much as I expected. Growth was just okay. Salary/incentives are very nice, you can earn as much u work hard. Work environment was too good with support by high authority. Work life balance was nice and flexibility.

Dislikes

Growth was a little bit slower than expected.

Work Details

On the basis of my research I hoping that someday I will get recognised for all this effort. As long as I get work closely with management, it will be a great learning experience.
