Fsl are work is very easily and comfortable but salary is very low in old associate no incriment and not pramotion very partiality under in process and head department not satisfied for HR department

Am I getting paid less

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?

Good work envirnmoment and culture. Teammates are supportivs and the management is transaparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and RNR every festival time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and carrer growth is slow. There is bond 18 month before which you cannot elligible for promotion.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learn everything on the job. I got a chance to wear hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team.

Overall good experience in first source. I have worked 3 years. As a fresher or beginner it is a good one and supportive and employee centring company and good ambiance. And there should be more transparency while internally promoting for a vacancy.

The process of internal hiring is not so transparent.
