There is nothing to like except the building infrastructure.
Dislikes
The management never gives importance to this place, they just use this place as a museum to showcase the building to visitors. The Director of this department doesn't care about his employees or the center he is just there to pass his time till retirement, never cares for his colleagues and other staff. The abilities of staff, however never allowed to be utilized, he wants this to run as a play school. No proper salaries, if anyone asks for hike over here the answer is, 'there is knowledge growth happening over here', which I assure is definitely not happening. And one more thing they will say is if you don't like in here you can definitely quit the job....Read More
