First of all I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to FIL for giving me multiple opportunities to work with them although I have spent 2.7 year approx in FIL but while working with this organisation I did not feel any overwhelming responsibilities , However I was indulged in wrong team and eventually left due to that in last days but still want to depicts my views about this company, I had great time while working here with mesmerizing environment , I seriously respect the overall integrity and dedication of this company towards their employees. Like school is temple of learning I must say corporates like fidelity are temple of learning new things and experiences in life...... In future i would love to work with FIL Again....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
