Company is good, but when lockdown started they gave full salary for March, and then from april they are giving 30 salary which is just 16000 which was not wgood when other companies are giving 70-50% salaries and also after 2-3 months after lockdown they are saying to work without pay and support company which was not possible dueto which i left Fervent, Office environment was really good and friendly bosses That's what i have to say...Read More

A bit lack communication between each other and their should be some bonus or incentive for nights shifts we get only Rs. 75 for food its very rare that we get good when bosses were around.

It was good but as i am a 3D designer due to which we have to sit for long hours and even have to come to office on sundays
