Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Dr. Fahmida Banu Madam is the best employer and mentor one can ask for.

All of us who work at Fehmicare get to witness so many wide range of complicated and rare cases being handled so excellently by Madam. To witness such case is a once in a lifetime opportunity for some of us.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
