I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company is open to innovation and readly adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product and has a global client base.

Skill development - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. Unnesesary work load like Hitler rule. There is no on-job training for fresher or new employee, hence boss doing parsealty with other employee, which is painfully.
