Tanuja is super conscious abt her beauty she doesn’t want any female work in her organisation. Both the directors have no idea how to run organisation. As they both only know how to do micromanaging both are never come in time to office bt they want employee are on time and they always schedule meeting after the office timing. They always msgs in midnight to disturb employees personal life they have done masters in how to disturb personal life of others and pretend they are the only one who care for their staff. HR khud ko owner samjhti hai kabhi bhi salary time pe nahi dete. Tanuja and Jitendra have affairs. HR and Tanuja are deducting salary like wo khud ka commision lete ho. Sunil khud hi purchase aur labur ka commision leta hai, Sab employee paresaan hai is company me. both directors half mind hain.

I don't like working with fabricasto company and my experience is very bad. They are never support any employee and not understanding right thing. Always be oversmart both directores Tanuja Joshi and Jitender Kumar. Both of directors mindless according to me. Because they are thinking that if the any employees will be left this compnay then they are giving negative feedback to other company so that that employee never get any job... They are not following any rules and regulations of the government. They are working with cash and hide the all cash entry in system and keep the all records in the pendrive. These people are tax evaders of the government. Not cutting and PF and ESI and giving all employees salary cash in hand and They can leave the company anytime without any notice to any employee when they have a marquee....Read More
