F. Gheewala HR Consultants is a great pace to work. I've learned a lot here, and the team is always supportive and helpful. The Work environment is positive, and the management is east to approach. It's a good company to grow your skills and build your career in HR.

Dislikes

Working here can be hectic at times, especially during Peak Periods. However, this helped me develop better time management and problem solving skill so cannot say much about it.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
