If you are lucky enough to be part of the right team, you'll have good work life balance and a good team culture where you'll at least not be absolutely terrified of Mondays and drag through your week for the weekend. The leave policy was good while I was working at EYGBS. My team and team culture was devoid of toxic politics and I had the opportunity to decide what I want to do.

EY GBS job descriptions are basically shopping wish lists. Once you enter the role you'll figure nobody actually has a single skill mentioned in the JD also, the actual job is far from what the initial expectation was. The hiring process is a nightmare, salary is miniscule, almost every function has absolute chernobyl level toxicity, leaders favour their own people. Talent is colluded with head hunters for hiring and you'll get zero results on applying directly to career page. I was a part of an internal support team and had access to data and people from various functions in EY GBS. The leadership has all the toxic behaviour what a manager has, above just level of senior associate everyone will be preached to carefully escape the conditions of being a good work-life for an employee they squeeze every bit of your life. actually its got a good conditions for employees management hide and play. There is an Assistant Director at Gurgaon Assurance EM who always pokes, finds fault at others, blames others and creates mentral trauma for his team members whom he does not like. He carries unconscious biasness and does favor to his loved ones only. Many from his span want to quit job because of him.

Its a dead kind of place, not good to choose as you will have to forget living life and become a Robot. There will be no guidance from anybody, but the work will be expected to be completed by you, maybe by magic.
