Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Worst HR support. Most of the time no reply from HR support team for the requests that we raise. Worst policies- for reimbursement they will not accept screenshots from their own approved Qwikcafe app for EY cafeterias as they don’t provide tax invoices. One of colleague is in notice period. For him the HR team said he can’t take any leave during notice period, only medical leave is allowed for that prescription needs to be submitted. No additional parks and benefits.
