It is very good place for people who are looking for skill development. They conduct lot of skill development training which help myself in Journey of Upskill. Leaders are supportive and very friendly with diverse environment of working.

Dislikes

As of my domain there is fewer people in one location. Sometime we feel team are micro managed. There will be lot of thing asking from you as KPI. They give promotion but they don't give proper hike with promotion. Appraisal discussion is not transparent and they will not give details of room to improve yourself.

a senior quality engineer

Hi folks, I have an interview with EY, and the feedback was positive, but it's been 10 days, no proper update, I see BGV investigation is in progress in the portal. Anyone here let me know what will be the procedure, Hr called me on the same day & checked on the salary & notice period part. After 1 week - status changed to BGV investigation in progress. Will they directly release the offer after bgv done & and approx how much time it will take. Please help , as I'm eagerly waiting, pls help if anyone is aware. Thanks in advance
