Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. They will ask you to serve 3 months notice No transportation facilities, food, If no project they will ask you to q uit the job They will put you in some client site and you need to serve for the client and you need to persuade client for increment and recognition....Read More

Work life balance is really bad. Managers expect the team to stretch everyday without any extra compensation. Asking team to work on weekend is a very common thing and you may get just Saturdays as off or that too they will ask to work from home or be available. It’s just work and no li fe here.
