No job security, no skills development, not at all good for freshers. No opportunities for freshers. No planning for there employees just hire bulk of employees and fires bulk of without giving any opportunity to them

There is no job security. Also they will fire without prior notice. Every month 2 people are fired without any notice. The project I was working was not good, requirements are not clear.

Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period

Work life balance is really bad. Managers expect the team to stretch everyday without any extra compensation.
