0% job security. They hire for namesake and does bulk layoff within 3 months without giving any internal opportunity. They don't have any good projects.Poor management ,Worst training center. They hired 150+ people and put them separately, didn't even bother to communicate and atlast layed off

Sad part is there are no points to be given in this area. Worst company ever I worked and heard

Dislikes

They create fake opportunities and recruit people then lay off then within a few months (3 or 4 months). Spoiled 100s of people's careers.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
