Management is just centred around one person even though there is an organisational structure. No role for Team Leader and Manager in decision making.

Usually the companies have to support through COVID- 19, But Expat Immigration Services Pvt Ltd have let most of the employees by downsizing and not paying even the severance pay. It's actually very disturbing during this difficult time.

Dislikes

Everything i dislike in this company, they forced us to drop a papers by giving us option i.e., either Termination or Resignation. No proper structure to work in this organization as they make their own rules and regulations. They don't see the employees benefits.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
