It’s dislike is here is no financial growth no promotion even I ddid not get any promotion during my 3.5 year of work. I was working hard also not only mine doing extra effort for my promotion but I did not get it,. No Salary increment at all “ mera to 2 se 3 percent increment he krte they” I don’t know what’s the reason behind. EXL HR ARE VERY BAD ( IDIOTS BASICALLY) ... JUST NEED TO JIRE AS LOW SALARY AS POSSIBLE AND WILL NOT LISTEN / HELP U IN ANY WAY. BEWARE THEY HIRE AT MINIMUM LABOUR WAGES...THE SALARY STRUCTURE OF EXL IS AWFUL AND U R ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION WHEN U SPEND ATLEAST ATLEAST 18 MNTHS IN COMPANY
