Management for the process I am currently working is very smooth. Its been more than a year and I haven't faced any issues which could question up to management. Company policies are very simple and if not much benefits but still it secures the job and care for the employee on top priority as seen during the pandemic. Received additional medical insurance for self and family and vaccination drive for self and one member of the family. No lower variation in the salary or any unnecessary deduction. Salaries sheet looks smooth every month with only PF deduction and nothing else. In this work from home genre company is paying for the monthly broadband bill. In my process there is 0 pressure of work and its the best process anyone can work for at the Noida location. If you are okay with the decided salary during the hiring this is what you gonna get until yearly increment. A few more bucks gets added in your salary according to the performance but thats also something never missed by any employee so you can think that as an additional part of your salary. I feel good to be the part of the company. I wish I could negotiate a little more of my package so that I could always feel to be in the company as otherwise it makes me think of changing the job just because of more financial growth due to increasing responsibilities. :) All the best to you if you are appearing for the interview....Read More

Dislikes and likes varies process to process in this sector of companies. So being the part of my current process everything is fine for me. However, I understand not all the process in the company are good enough to satisfy so be aware of the process for which you are going to be interviewed. Negotiate your salary on higher scale as much as you can. Good luck.

EXL HR ARE VERY BAD ( IDIOTS BASICALLY) ... JUST NEED TO JIRE AS LOW SALARY AS POSSIBLE AND WILL NOT LISTEN / HELP U IN ANY WAY. BEWARE THEY HIRE AT MINIMUM LABOUR WAGES...THE SALARY STRUCTURE OF EXL IS AWFUL AND U R ELIGIBLE FOR PROMOTION WHEN U SPEND ATLEAST ATLEAST 18 MNTHS IN COMPANY
