They hire me by saying your office location is gurgaon but after a month they told me to relocate to Bangalore location because entire team belong from banglore office. They give me warning if you are not relocate than we terminate you. They give me option either you resign or else we terminate you.

EXL Service is a good company overall in case of IJPs. If you are looking to learn and grow fast EXL is a good option.
The only drawback in working with EXL is the salary. The salary is very low as compared to market standards and if someone wants to leave they don't have a retention policy of offering an increment. No matter how how big of an asset you are for the company they won't retain you unless you are on the level of OPS manager and above. Even if your manager tries the HR won't approve a pay raise. On The contrary while hiring QA from outside they offer good package but won't offer the same to a QA who has been outperforming in the process and seems to be a valuable asset....Read More

I'm working in EXL from last 4 years , good environment to work but problem is salary as compare to other companies exl is very poor about salary Promoted as QCA and still didn't got appraisal for it so sad.. Best for freshers only for minimum 2 years then u have to leave it otherwise u will stuck there.

No HR department. The company events are lavish and mandatory to attend. Work life balance is totally on manager's wish. Only IT spocs are required here as no technology development is done here.
