No growth and learning. No transparency and zero job security. People who has given many years to exl got fired a day after there project ended and they were not billable. Not employee friendly zero culture. Higher management is totally worthless

No project/client/account has confirmation due to which employee remains on non billable acounts for months. Employees are sent on bench abruptly due to highly volatile projects having less than 3 months duration of contract. Employees are put in a position to keep giving internal interviews every few months(within 4 months). No proper communication from senior management regarding project updates. Toxic work culture, no work life balance. They get the work done from you & when it is done will dump you. When a project ends only the people who the seniors like will be placed in other projects & given opportunity for the new project. Others are simply shown the door. There are some old employees who are at the top position who are unprofessional & biased. This in Bengaluru EXL

Projects/learning is good, clients are also good. Work is managed within the alloted shift timings, good wrt work life balance. Good colleagues and culture maintained.

Hikes/promotions are delayed citing losses, whereas the company is making acquisitions on the other hand. Pay needs to be improved a lot as per market standards.
