WFH is only good thing as you don't get the see some of pathetic Leadership out here face to face. This is Transitions team here at EXL.

Dislikes

Company culture is the worst I have experienced in my 20 years of career, having worked for some of the renowned companies. Leadership here at EXL is the most degraded value system I have ever seen in any organisation. This is Transitions team here at EXL but overall it's the same LT across organization so if you are considering apply here, think not twice but many times.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
