Working at Exicom, means a lot Electronics field Engineers. From small Smt's parts to big SMPS at field level is great. Even there customers are indirectly related to government organisations and military.

I am lucky that i am a part of a team that is reliable, high quality product and have global based client also. Enviroment of the company is very friendly. Meal is also available here, no smoking in company is very gud.

1)Teammates are friendly. 2)Good food. 3)pick up and drop from iffco chowk metro station. Worst thing about the company. 1)their is an on roll and off roll system. 2)The worst hr team will never tell you that either You are on roll or off role they simply say that will be told after training. 3)on roll and of roll is decided after your interview performance but no one will tell you. 4)My suggestion is if you are getting job in R&D in Exicom then it's good otherwise never join or you can join if u have financial problem. 5)salary at time of training - 10k Salary off role after training - 14-16k Salary on role after training - 20-22k 6)People are working since last 2 years without any increment or promotion....Read More

1)Shift system which affects your life like I am suffering from several problems in my body. 2)Very less learning opportunities even a 10th pass student can work in production. 3)No work life balance. 4)Don't join in production department in you are an engineer it's full time waste. 5)Initially when u join the company they will nottell you about the salary ever time when you ask they will say that your salary will be decided after your training of 2 months. 6)When I got my offer letter it was mentioned that the training will be of 6 and their was no information about the shift system and all and why I put in production department noting, for all these questions they have only one answer I.e depending upon performance. After 3day Induction program it was told that ur training will only be of 2months and only in production department. 7)The whole HR team is worst. 8)when i went to ask for switching my department from production to R&D, of of HR team member straight away no....Read More
