1. Salary gets credited in time 2. Hybrid work model 3. Company location is good

1. Partiality and discrimination 2. Management is disrespectful 3. ProMotion and appraisal is terrible 4. No job security. One can be jobless next day 5. No company vision and business process and ideas. 6. Hiring and firing is on fast track. 7. Attrition rate is around 50% 8. Big and fabricated words are use with no logic and business goals 9. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
