Everything is a mess here. Long hours with no recognition or appreciation.
The company’s refusal to give raises for two consecutive years is unacceptable. Employees are overworked and underpaid compared to industry standards.
Dislikes
The constant changes in management lead to instability. Each new leader brings a new set of confusing directives.
The tools we use are old and inefficient, making work even more difficult.
Employees are treated like disposable items; it’s truly demoralizing.
Management seems indifferent to employee growth. It’s demotivating to see no support for skills development.

Verizon's customer care is laughable. I was left with more questions than answers.
They bombard you with calls late at night, making it impossible to relax after work.

Low morale among employees due to constant criticism and pressure.
Dislikes
Benefits are subpar, making it hard to justify staying.
There’s no room for career advancement here. If you’re looking to grow, you won’t find it in this company.
Overtime is expected but rarely compensated. You’re just another cog in the machine.
Working conditions are appalling, and there's no sign of improvement.
Dislikes
Fresh graduates are treated like expendable resources. Exploitation at its worst.
I had to chase HR down for updates like I was the one looking for a job. They were unresponsive and unhelpful.
Training is non-existent. You’re thrown in the deep end and expected to swim, but good luck figuring it out.
