Good job training and comfortable to work in a company work environment such good client approaching was good company welfare facilities are nice take care of employees enough my words overall company good excellence

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow work pressure is high sometimes working hours crossed eight hours above. One time happened morning entered to office that day work was so high finished and then go called so realve from next morning

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
