I joined the Excel Group Institutions in the year 2005, from the inception. Worked for 15 years as a Director and Coordinator. At the age of 70, as I had a health problem, I voluntarily requested the management for my retirement and now I spend my time with my wife at my own home in Komarapalayam.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
