If you join this company as a fresher in a junior recruiter role and stay for 5 years, you'll remain a recruiter without any chance for promotion, regardless of your efforts. Seniors will teach you how to create Boolean search strings and find profiles on job portal, but you will not acquire any valuable skills. You should not expect any salary hike, as the management is indifferent to employees languishing without closures for years, primarily due to a lack of proper clients and worthless account managers who is getting paid more than 10 LPA without doing anything, If you speak to HR about this he don't mind and leave like none of my business. The work culture here lacks understanding of what a positive environment, working hours and breaks should be, "Fun Friday" are virtually nonexistent.
