No Matter whatever your contribution is manager will say you are doing your job as they are old timers in the company who don' want rate people as per their contribution will rate as always meets expectation and default hike of 1% will be given and there is no focus on employee recognition and retention for their skills, contribution or expertise they treat people like use and throw hire when there is demand get the work done and throw them out of the company simply avoid this company if you want a respectful job.
