Overall very bad experience. Those who have with growth and stability career do not join this company. Eversana has not stable company. Internal teams made politics, team members very scared to share process knowledge, specially finance team is very pathetic. I have worked experience bigger companies but this was worst experience. My discussion to join this company was wrong. For hard workers, loyal, knowledgeable people please do not join this company you will regret....Read More

I AM happy for I AM part of the eversana. And like to spend more time with eversana. Friendly environment, it will be more good if we can add some points in the environment like new joiney comfert, good and proper training,. Etc

Not proper training for new one joiney, seniors puts pressure on new joiney. And it feels like we are in pressure zone without anyone assist us.

I personally learnt so many things at Navlin Data team. I worked for around 2 years there, but I really enjoyed my time. I think the review given above is a complete personal opinion as it does not apply to all the employes worked there. All the operational managers and team leads in Navlin Data are better than many other places andI would say you would actually feel friendly working along with them. Compared to my previous experience, it was really nice. People should not share reviews based on personal grudges. It should always be about professional environment. Sometimes people without capabilities blame others for their failure. Pros: 1. Best place to learn pricing and market access (if you are willing to learn) 2. Exposure to multiple process Cons: 1. Overall company should increase the standard with the salaries offered. Management should really need to work on the internal politics which hamper the growth and work.
