About the Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Consultant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in pharma commercial analytics and a proven ability to deliver data-driven insights.
- This role involves working closely with pharma clients to enhance commercial effectiveness through innovative solutions like SFE projects, incentive compensation analysis, dashboard reporting, and data triangulation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) projects, including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, incentive compensation, dashboard reporting, and test & control analysis.
- Develop SQL queries to implement business rules and create Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs.
- Understand pharma commercial datasets such as patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, call activity, and internal CRM data to triangulate data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with onshore teams/clients to manage project activities, delegate tasks, and ensure end-to-end engagement management.
- Develop and maintain process assets, including SOPs, checklists, BRDs, and process maps, and establish best practices.
- Provide data-driven decision-making support by delivering insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Communicate results effectively to clients by understanding business requirements, rules, and data processes.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, preparing them for advanced responsibilities.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Education: MBA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, or Master's degree in Life Sciences, B..Tech, M.Tech, or M.A in Engineering.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in SFE analytics, incentive compensation, dashboard reporting, targeting & segmentation, test & control analysis, and MMX.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Proven experience working with life sciences clients.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with pharma commercial datasets and their applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and storyboarding skills.
- Strong learning ability and flexibility to meet client needs.
- Collaborative approach and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a concentration in computer science, statistics, economics, operations research, or pharma, and 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced degrees such as MBA, PhD, or MD.
- Leadership experience in life sciences consulting with a focus on data, technology, and analytics.
- Experience with global management consulting firms.
- Expertise in commercial analytics solutions like SFE, market analytics, forecasting, omnichannel, patient analytics, and RWE solutions
