Poor HR department in India. Poor management who doesn't allow leave for emergencies but Managers would be OOO all the time. Everise will hire people from families who are already working here.

Everything else. Something is very "off" about the way this company is doing business. They begin by gathering all your private personal information like copies of your DL, social security card, birth certificate, passport, and even tax returns before you even have a legitimate offer of a job. They are highly disorganized which leaves you piecing together what the real expectations are for them and made numerous calls to corporate to ask about your status and what further you should be doing. Everything.Its better to stay jobless then to join a toxic work environment. Joining this company will lead you to mentally disturbed. One will not be able to manager his/her personal life. The managyis worst.

They do not give any kind of appraisal after working for years also.And this is not at all a good place to work only benefit of work from home none other then that.no work life balance. You have to report your manager about every little things going on in your life. You can't take leaves or comp offs. You cannot go on a long weekend. You cannot take 3 continues days leaves,if you do so they will call your sickness pre-planned. They don't have any job guarantee. They will ask you to work in all the field apart from your original field. The managers are too rude and selfish, They don't even have managers to talk and work. Join at your own risk....Read More
