Management are supportive most of the times. Flexibility of working from home or office. Nice offices.

Dislikes

No regular increments. Lack of clarity on growth path. Employees are not heard properly and decisions are taken without considering general sentiment of the employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
