Full of office politics and favouritism. Also, there is no systematic way. One can avail their earned leaves only if someone else is ready to do all there works for the entire leave durations. This makes it really difficult for the other person who has to be the backup. Also, they will ask you to make 100 outbound calls a day to fulfill your performance metrics which makes it more of a BPO job rather than an Employee Relationship HR. Dislikes

Very corrupted work environment. Even the managers lie on your face bluntly even when you will be able to understand that the other person is accusing you based on lies. They also do not pay you overtime even if you are being required to work 2 hours extra in most of the days to complete work.

Dislikes

Very poor management and political company. Hire and Fire is an ongoing practice at senior level and recruiter level too. Recently fired 18 recruiters overnight, even fired tenured and top performing 5-8 year old employees without valid reason and didn't pay notice pay also. The team in india is harrassed every week and female employees don't feel safe at all. Entire team of females left (4) because their manager at very senior level was taking undue advantage of them....Read More

I was in a team where immediate manager was ok, their manager was also ok. But senior level director and vp harass me daily. The director in india asks to come overnight to his flat and the vp in us who recently came to India directly asked do it or fire
