No management only selfish use with overtime but no extra benefits for the employee just draining and exploitment

Dislikes

And the manager is very impolite and selfish doesn't know how to talk and always freaks out at the end of month when has to wage the employees not only me but everyone working with me has either left it or thrown out with disrespect in disguise

It's a pure performance based no nonsense company where every single individual is a university gold medallist or proven subject field expert or won international/national competitions in their respective fields. It's in line with their vision to make a global Indian tech company. It's a pure meritocratic organization where sky is the limit for those who deliver results.

Dislikes

1.It can be too involving and stressful at times. 2. The organization doesn't extend offer to those can't deliver results.

Work Details

It's engaging at times and otherwise chill at other times. The company doesn't bother you unnecessarily when there's no task for you unlike other companies where one is constantly scrutinized. There's no one to micromanage you at ETark.
