Dislikes

Too much of micro management within the team by the Team Leaders affecting the Data Productivity. Apraisal and Promotional cycle needs to get better. Very high attrition rate. No strategic methods being applied to retain the potential employees by the Management.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
