I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Eseye is the bestest organization as per my entire career. They had all the plans to fight with covid , The CEO took a step ahead at the very beginning of the covid and maintain all the funds however he could . No one got fired from eseye even though eseye hired people in this pendamic situation and make them trained and paid very well .

Very balanced , manager will never support you in strech , they never ask anyone to strech No work pressure.
