As a Retail Ops Manager I was given a fair degree of liberty in B & M activity and in setting up of MBOs. Needless to say I was blessed to be a part of a very vibrant RBG group ( very supportive back off & front end team ) headed by Rahul sir.Being away from family never made be uneasy except on occasions used to miss my family. Dislikes

A very manipulative & wicked HR Head but very supportive HR team. In view of a very conservative approach of Finance & Business development dept decisions like business expansion, corporate sales poaching at times were adversely affected at times.Having said that FINANCE dept was supportive most of the times.

Work Details

I cherish my stint in EROS Digital's Retail Business group. Being a part of extremely aggressive division, was able to manage the multiple role of B & M,Store ops,Tendering & corporate sales due to supportive boss & RBG teammates .
