This E&Y experience pertains to GDS TAS expereince, and not symptomatic of all E&Y, any right minded proud professional should not consider joining GDS the culture is worst than a Lala business with the TAS on ground leadership holding sway on decisions from staffing to choice of toilet paper

The work culture and work life balance is pathetic. There is almost an unwritten expectation that people should and will be connected during vacations and emergencies too. There is way too much of politics and a timebomb to work in. A terrible place to be working from a culture perspective
