Joining Big4 is a dream come true. Everything was very lovely the salary for a fresher is very alluring. The name in your resume will provide a plus point in joining other companies as well.

EY GDS is the worst place you can work for. No WLB, no compensation, no appreciation, no skill development and no opportunity to even talk to clients. You work for 12-13 hours a day and during busy season even on Saturdays. Busy season last for 3 months. Even after all this no appreciation. Seniors are insensitive and frustrated which makes working with them harder. You are supposed to work 24*7. I like nothing about this Company. They only claim to make a better working work. But they are always understaffed and make the employees work 24*7 with little pay.

I work as an assurance associate at EY. Honestly the job sucks. It is monotonous and data entry work. You are supposed to work 13-14 hours a day if you want to get appreciated. You wont even get to connect with client. You will work as a secondary team.

Nothing is likeable, such a bad company, treating humans like a machine, by working whole day. No work timings, seniors come as They like and we need to wait like a slave wasting hours which is not chargeable. It's a worstest place to work in.
