Mediocre people in middle management making junior staff suffer at whims and fancies. They look the team members bad in front of top management so that they can shine and hide their mediocrity. It is a foreign MNC but, in reality boasting high standards of employee friendliness but, in reality, the policies that may help the employees are not effective on the ground but generate an effect entirely opposite to what thise polocies suggest. The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.
