There is no work life balance which should be there I firmly believe since working for 12-13 hrs everyday hampers the productivity of a person

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Workplace harassment and workplace discrimination is rampant. Indian managers in US at this company are bullies and bring their countries’s interstate bias to the US. Very pathetic personalities. They provide hybrid mode but whenever you need work from home even for medical emergency they ask so much evidence and validate from their doctor team. And make it so much complex so that you stop asking for.

Dislikes

Company asks for 11 hours of works on official note in busy season without paying any extra compensation and benefits. That 11 hours of works takes 14 -15 hrs.Apart from busy season you have to work 11 hrs No travel allowance No food allowance,also high charges in cafeteria

No growth avenues, everything depends on the project budget and tenure that you are assigned.so there is always a sense of job layoff.

I believe the culture of EY Middle East is truly inclusive. Despite being a non-arabic speaker I never felt as being excluded. Specially in Qatar, my team was truly global as we had team members from various nationalities and we all worked as one team.

Among all the Big4s in the Middle East, EY is one of the lowest paying consulting company.
