EY GDS culture is worst, too much office politics, poor leadership and management. These days they are hiring leaders from call centre and banks who does not have any experience into consulting and proper corporate culture. They are coming with a bad mindset of micro managing and dominating nature. Specially the people from Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon are worst.

It depends on which entity you join I am working for EY India LLP tech consulting and 3 years been great. Culture and work life balance is great. Make sure to work and always get good client feedback. Work from home for eligible employees whos working great at client place. Outings, management events , offsite everything is good.
They don’t have rule of hire and fire like other service companies, but it’s good if you have a project always. Avoid being on bench. Only bad part is no cab facility.

All ey cares about is the billing from clients they have no concern about the employees or their development. Client companies choose ey services because they have no backbone they bend to an extent to agree all the request placed by clients.

There cost cut plan. No cabs for day time. Heavy target for agents. No concern on work life balance. Asking to login on weekends without any OT. workstation are too congested. No personal request are addressed from management. No proper training or time to learn the process(except few American projects).
