Extremely poor culture. Company don't give appraisal letters to some employees and states that it's a glitch from their end. Higher management incapable to bring clients or engage consultants and then forces resignation. Bootlickers in close circle with partners and directors gets promotions and benefits snatching all benefits from silent performers.

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.
The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

GDS- Full on toxic culture. On very first week your manager expects you to work on weekends without even having some empathy. No relevant data science projects. Colleagues won't even talk to you properly - hostile nature. Stay away if you can. Even if you lose 5 lacks, here that extra money is not worth it.
Gen AI and Data Science - No, even you are paid higher due to Gen AI role. Forget of relevant work. They will put on some random excel analysis, PPT work, automation with Ms Power Tool, model validation etc. Work life balance - Hehe, what is that? It depends on which entity you join I am working for EY India LLP tech consulting and 3 years been great. Culture and work life balance is great. Make sure to work and always get good client feedback. Work from home for eligible employees whos working great at client place. Outings, management events , offsite everything is good.
They don’t have rule of hire and fire like other service companies, but it’s good if you have a project always. Avoid being on bench. Only bad part is no cab facility.
