Work life balance completely depends on your client. Learning materials are good. Not much interference from EY TEAM as you will hve limited interaction with them ,mostly with clients.

-Noone cares about your performance , they give generic hike (7-10%) to all. -End to end projects are less. - THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SKILL SET, THEY WILL MAKE YOU DO WORK IRRESPECTIVE TO YOUR SKILL SET AND PAST WORK EXPERIENCE. -Small bits and pieces projects. - Career growth beyond senior consultant is based on favouritism and they expect you to do the work of pre sales and sales team and connect with big shots and bring in new clients to become manager and beyond....Read More

You will be assigned some work less manager as your counsellor and she will make unnecessary troubles on top of the work pressure from client. Because she don’t have any work rather than troubling the employees.

Considering there are many small departments, the Team you are working in, the manager and the bad politics can not be monitored and its such a huge organisation you often get confused whom to reach out to. No strong Human resources to solve actual issues
