Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.

I believe the culture of EY Middle East is truly inclusive. Despite being a non-arabic speaker I never felt as being excluded. Specially in Qatar, my team was truly global as we had team members from various nationalities and we all worked as one team.
Among all the Big4s in the Middle East, EY is one of the lowest paying consulting company.

Extremely poor culture. Company don't give appraisal letters to some employees and states that it's a glitch from their end. Higher management incapable to bring clients or engage consultants and then forces resignation. Bootlickers in close circle with partners and directors gets promotions and benefits snatching all benefits from silent performers.
