The overall culture of working is very good, colleagues are very helpful

Dislikes

There is no work life balance which should be there I firmly believe since working for 12-13 hrs everyday hampers the productivity of a person

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

The unnecessary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Over the past few years the cultral and the employee expirence that EY was known for has gone down dramatically. No leaders have done anything to address the lack of belongingness the firm. I personally lack motivation to work.

Workplace harassment and workplace discrimination is rampant. Indian managers in US at this company are bullies and bring their countries’s interstate bias to the US. Very pathetic personalities. They create social class bias within people and trigger everyone’s emotions and impact everyone’s mental health. Only knowledge they have is books and degrees and no human knowledge. Awesome company to work. But try to stay away from politics. Some people are easily getting promotion due to close connection with the reporting manager

1. No proper or timely feedback 2. No sync in between Bonus amount and feedback given 3. Lot of favouritism 4. Good work means more work but not good raise or bonus. 5. Office location. You're in mid of an factory area whereas all other big4 were in decent cyberhub. 6. Notice period. 3months is too much. Flexibility Availablity of leaves and don't have to beg anyone to take your leaves. As everyone understands the need of break even the managers, stakeholders , leadership are all very supportive of planned leaves and occasional sick leaves no matter what I feel the benefits are good

Nothing much I could think of of if I compare to any of the company that I have worked with in the past.

Hybrid culture no one cares about your login time, got to work with client directly lot of leaves at (least for our team)

Death of A 26 year old EY employees Spark social media debate on toxic work culture. Everyone knows how lovely is there culture but no one will point out of finger on the workload environment and longer workers of the big four firms.

Everyone who is reading this review please rate this company as one star on the whole platform so that day and companies like them have to change their work cultures totally an order to be employee centric and not it to be business centric. The government and labour ministry is just a puppet of these corporates. They are never goingto change the loss MB benefit of the employees. Here is no scheduled working hours in the labour laws and overwork King hours are not also paid.
