Awesome company to work. But try to stay away from politics. Some people are easily getting promotion due to close connection with the reporting manager

Really bad counsellors that try to make you scapegoats when you're not butliking and they've target to fire people. They'll make your life hell, like if you're offline for 45mins from Teams for lunch, they'll call you, scold you in front of their bosses When I complaint to Exit HR, she said she cannot note it as exit reason, really wow Cannot change counsellors without their approvals which defeats the purpose of having that option Managers know everyone's contributions but will only support their favourites No professionalism No software licenses for project work(I've to use trial versions using different accounts after it expires), No standard templates for documentation or project management Unnecessary trainings pops up every now & then, sometimes same trainings with revised syllabus that you've to pass every quarter with 80% and un-skippable videos Below average hike, they told everyone gets full variable pay but that's only for favourites You'll see most bad behaviour - low skill one's promoted & defended by Seniors. They must have some off-office understandings going on. The toxic culture at EY, and the expectation that people should be available to work at any time of 24hours and 7 days a week. The unnecessary work pressure created because of lack of planning of the management.

Company provide good training academically ,Lots of good stuff to do the work with very low effective application methods by the employees..Good office building and champagne parties throw by the partners.

Hierarchical failure due to bad leadership, Silent toxicity, biased top managers and poor quality of work ethics. Referral recruitment are heavenly done on relatives and caste system . Misusing money on unnecessary lavish parties , only survival is to make a group which they call team. Govt. should take close look on these companies (big 4)

The management is not at all supportive. The expectation of the managers and assistant manager are unrealistic. They start pin pointing your silly mistakes There expectations is that employee should work for 12 hours a day Should take minimum leave, should inform one month prior before taking leaves lots of micro management Very bad work culture

I like the exposure which we gain while working in a good team. The team members were kind and supportive.

Huge amount of work load. People expect you to work even when you ill. Our mostly weekends were working, we can't even plan anything for weekend in advance. Also my team did not promote work from home concept

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.

I had a great time at EY. I was surrounded by very hard working people who set very high standards and very good example. The Leadership under whom I work was very supportive and helpful.

No proper guidance to new comer,team politics and favouritism to an extent. No growth opportunities,even if available no proper guidance. No proper escalation matrix for any dept. No growth avenues, everything depends on the project budget and tenure that you are assigned.so there is always a sense of job layoff.
